Privacy Policy
How Social How-To handles information when you use this website.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. If you report an issue with a guide, we receive the guide address and any optional note you submit.
Browser image tools
The image resizer, blur tool and image compressor process selected files locally in your browser. These tools do not upload your images or filenames to our server, and do not store image projects in an account. A downloaded result is saved through your browser. Ordinary website requests and any enabled advertising remain subject to the other sections of this policy.
Technical information
The hosting provider may record standard server information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time for security, reliability and troubleshooting. We do not ask the guide-report form for your name, email address or social-network login details.
How information is used
- Respond to messages and privacy requests.
- Correct and improve guides.
- Protect the website from abuse and technical problems.
- Meet legal obligations when applicable.
Advertising
The website may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense. When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may process device information and use cookies or similar technologies, subject to your consent where required. The site will present the appropriate consent controls before optional advertising technologies are used.
Retention and sharing
Guide reports and emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed for editorial work, support, security or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that host or operate the website and email service.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have provided, subject to applicable law and necessary security or legal retention.
Policy updates
This policy may change as the website adds features or advertising services. The current version applies from October 10, 2026.
