A couple of useful details
Can I contact TikTok Support from the app?
Yes. The current Android Help Center includes a Chat with us button that opens TikTok Support and asks you to select an issue type.
Should I use Help Center articles or support chat?
Start with the Help Center when your issue matches an available article. Use support chat when the article does not solve the problem or your case needs account-specific help.
Can I report a problem without sending a chat message?
You can read Help Center guidance without sending anything. A report or support request is sent only after you provide the requested details and submit it.
